We’re 15 Saturdays away from college football. Luckily, we have 39 more A’s-Mariners games tequila to help us kill the time.
In the meantime, here are some things I was looking at in between my Saturday-morning routine of body shots with my supermodel, baby mama fiancé, who I suckered into saying yes briefly before becoming unemployed.
That’s called strategy, boys and girls.

Golden Nugget Games of Year
For the sixth straight season, Golden Nugget sportsbook director Tony Miller and his top oddsmaker Aaron Kessler will put up point spreads on a ton of the college football season’s biggest games in June.
Last year, they offered lines on approximately 100 different games, and their profit came down to the final game regular-season game of the year. Oklahoma State’s blowout of Oklahoma was a big winner for the Golden Nugget and helped Miller post a profit on his games of the year lines for the fourth time in the last five seasons.
Miller says an exact date hasn’t been set yet, but eager bettors should plan on being at the Nugget on either Friday, June 8 or Friday, June 15.
